Visto Technology Will Be Collective’s Focus Globally
New York, NY – 07:30 EST, 12 July, 2016 – Today, Collective announced the sale of its UK creative and media division, Collective Europe Limited, to Time Inc. UK. The acquisition by Time Inc. UK will deliver a number of attractive synergies for both businesses; including quality content and a shared vision for expanding programmatic creative and other data driven advertising.
In late 2015, Collective reorganized its business into two operating units; its ad network division and its new advertising hub technology division called Visto. Since then, Collective has focused on Visto as the global growth engine for the company, with its US ad network division becoming one of the inaugural clients on the Visto platform. In the UK, Collective sought a strategic acquirer for its UK creative and media division, with Time Inc. UK emerging as the winner.

Collective UK will continue to operate from its current offices in London under the Collective UK name. Time Inc. UK acquired the UK business of Collective for an undisclosed sum.
