Inside Sales Account Executive, Sales (Boston)
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and work through the stages of the sales cycle to close new account business.
- Present Collective's value proposition clearly and persuasively primarily using the telephone and email
- Build strong relationships with publishers, ad networks, and other customers to ensure long-term success
- Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations. Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued results.
- Work with internal account management and ad operations to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in industry events and conferences
- Track and manage sales pipeline and account activities in salesforce.com
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of online advertising industry from ad sales and buyer perspectives
- Previous experience within Inside Sales Div. for online advertising networks and/or portals a plus
- Direct and agency contacts at both senior and junior levels a plus
- Intelligent, outgoing individual with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
- Active in industry trade and networking events
- Prospect tirelessly close business often
- Excellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Superior ability to communicate and close business via telephone, email and face-to-face
- Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com a plus
- Comprehensive experience with MS Office a must
- Good analytical skills in both understanding marketer objectives and analyzing campaign performance
